Spillway processes the minimum information needed to review connected calls, continue authorized recovery conversations, coordinate inspection availability, operate billing, and keep the service secure.
1. Scope
This notice describes the information practices presented by this Spillway website. Product-specific data terms, provider scopes, and authorization details are presented during guided setup before the workflow is activated.
2. Website information
When you visit the site, hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and timestamps for delivery, reliability, and security.
Spillway uses cookieless first-party measurement to count page loads and a small number of on-site actions, such as opening activation, selecting a phone provider, beginning a provider connection, and reaching payment or activation milestones. These daily counts contain the page path, action name, selected provider when relevant, count, and latest event time. Spillway does not store IP addresses, browser identifiers, referrers, URL parameters, or persistent visitor IDs in this analytics record and does not use it for cross-site tracking.
General analytics do not receive provider credentials, call recordings, transcript content, homeowner messages, payment-card data, or the contractor’s provider authorization details.
3. Product information
Contractor and account data: provider and account identifiers, connection state, notification email, billing or customer identifiers, and service configuration.
Call data: completed-call metadata and recordings or transcripts when authorized and available.
Homeowner conversation data: phone number, message content, conversation state, and scheduling-related information needed to operate recovery.
Payment: Stripe handles card data. Spillway should not store raw card numbers.
Spillway does not require access to a contractor’s CRM or calendar.
4. How information is used
Authorized information may be used to identify legitimate conversations that ended without an inspection, continue the unfinished conversation after service starts, receive homeowner replies, coordinate inspection availability with the contractor by email, confirm an inspection, provide support, protect the service, and comply with applicable obligations.
Spillway may communicate only after the authorized phone and messaging path is ready, the starting payment is complete, and service has started.
6. Retention and control
Retention is limited to the period needed for the disclosed workflow, connection confirmation, recovery operations, support, security, business records, or legal obligations. Information associated with an availability request is retained while Spillway coordinates and records the confirmed inspection and as reasonably needed for abuse prevention or legal obligations. This general website notice does not state product-specific retention or deletion periods. Review the applicable connection and service terms before activation. Provider access remains subject to the controls available through each connected provider.
7. Changes and questions
This notice may be updated as the product and its providers are finalized. The current date appears above. Questions can be raised through the contact page before a connection is approved.
