These general website terms do not replace the service terms and exact authorizations presented during activation.
1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Any paid or connected Spillway service is also governed by the terms shown and accepted for that activation.
2. Illustrative examples
Names, addresses, conversations, notifications, and inspection examples labeled as illustrative are demonstrations only. They are not actual customer results and do not guarantee any result.
4. Billing
The current Spillway Calls offer is: $299 activates Spillway today after the connected provider account is accepted for payment. Stripe retains the contractor-authorized payment method for future recurring billing. Spillway expects to recover the first confirmed inspection within 10 days; if it does not, Spillway keeps working at no additional charge until it does. The first authoritative qualifying confirmed recovered inspection creates no additional charge and establishes the recurring billing anchor. The next $299 is due exactly 30 days after that recovery, then $299 every 30 days. If no qualifying confirmed recovery occurs, no second $299 is due merely because time has passed. No long-term contract. Only a signed Stripe webhook establishes payment truth.
5. Permitted use
You may use the site to evaluate Spillway and inspect its company, trust, privacy, and product information. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent your authority, or use site materials in violation of applicable law.
6. Availability and results
The site is provided for informational and evaluation purposes. Spillway does not promise that every eligible call will continue or become a confirmed inspection. Provider availability and production capabilities are limited to the workflow verified during connection.
7. Texas law and questions
These website terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions can be raised through the contact page.
