Quo / OpenPhone

Quo connects and can proceed to activation now. Provider-dependent work remains safely paused until a completed call supplies the required evidence.

Spillway verifies your actual setup.

Spillway checks messaging in the background after your phone system connects. If your existing account can handle the follow-up, there’s nothing else to connect. If it can’t, Spillway preserves your connection and tells you exactly what is needed before homeowner messaging can begin.

Keep the number your homeowners already know.

Where supported by your existing phone system, Spillway continues eligible conversations through that communications infrastructure and business number. There is no separate Spillway inbox or second texting workflow. A fallback communications path is available when required.

Your office keeps the schedule.

When a homeowner is ready, Spillway asks your office for available times by email. After the homeowner confirms, your office receives the final time to add to its schedule.

No CRM connection is required.

Spillway needs the call record and an authorized messaging path before service starts. Your roofing CRM remains outside this workflow.

Your team never loses control.

With supported communications providers, staff can see homeowner conversations and respond through the system they already use. Spillway recognizes legitimate human participation and yields appropriately.

If calls work but messaging is not ready, the phone connection remains saved.

Activation can continue after the exact provider account connects. Homeowner messaging remains off until Spillway proves the required messaging capability and shows any exact next step.

Your account still has to support the capability.

A provider can support call history or messaging while a specific account still needs a permission, plan capability, or business-messaging setup. Spillway checks the real account after connection and tells you what, if anything, needs attention.
