The short answer
The normal path is phone-provider choice, secure authorization, confirmed account connection, contractor identity and work-email verification, $299 activation payment, and a finished active state. Capability checks continue in the background and remain authoritative for provider-dependent work. There is no customer-facing analysis dashboard or manual message queue.
