The short answer
RingCentral and JustCall use the direct connection route. Dialpad and Zoom Phone remain runtime-driven while native messaging is hardened. CallRail uses supported secondary messaging. Quo / OpenPhone can activate after an exact account connection, but provider-dependent work waits for a real completed-call event and the required capability evidence.
